Orders
Q: How do I place an order?
A: Just browse our shop, add your favorite items to cart, and check out securely through Shopify.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: Since each item is made to order, cancellations or changes are only possible if requested within a few hours of purchase. Contact us ASAP at contact@zeroxapparel.com
Shipping
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Most orders are processed in 2–5 business days and delivered within:
- USA: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–14 business days (depending on location)
You’ll receive tracking info once your order ships.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! ZeroX ships worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Products & Sizing
Q: How do I know which size to order?
A: Each product page includes a size chart. We recommend measuring your favorite fitting item and comparing it to the chart.
Q: Are the products unisex?
A: Most ZeroX items are designed with a unisex fit, unless otherwise noted in the product description.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: Can I return or exchange my order?
A: Because we use Printful (print-on-demand), we cannot accept returns/exchanges for wrong sizes or change of mind.
We do, however, replace items that arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted. Please reach out within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
Payment
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Shopify Payments (availability may vary by country).
