Return and Exchange Policy
At ZeroX, each product is made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, color preference, or change of mind. Please review our size charts and product details carefully before placing your order.
Returns & Exchanges We Accept
We will replace or refund your item if:
- The product arrives damaged.
- The product is defective.
- There is a printing error.
- The wrong item was sent.
If any of the above applies, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product
Once approved, we’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

- Wrong size ordered
- Change of mind
- Products lost due to incorrect address provided at checkout
📩 How to Request a Return or Exchange
Email us at contact@zeroxapparel.com with the subject line “Return/Exchange – Order #[your order number]”. Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
Additional Notes
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
- If your package is lost in transit, contact us — we’ll work with Printful to resolve the issue.
- All approved returns are handled in line with Printful’s policies.
